On Self-discovery, instil positive core values, Anti-bullying/Drugs.

JO BLACK has been visiting schools around the country for many years with BTG EVERYDAY HEROES.

“It’s my non-profit organisation and in the last four years I’ve visited over 550 schools. It’s more than just a talk. We contact the schools, I give a motivational talk about how we need to love and help each other more.” This initiative has received a phenomenal POSITIVE RESPONSE and reaches a staggering number of children and parents who support our cause.

Bullying is a big problem in schools and takes many forms, including cyber bullying. These talks include highlighting the colossal negative impact of bullying, and techniques how to deal with their everyday challenges.

Desired Outcomes

  • Youth: have a responsibility toward themselves and peers, to create a social environment/community conducive to positive growth and collaboration amongst each other. Building people up and growing together, in a common understanding of love and respect as the platform helping everyone getting better and excelling in their lives.
  • Discovering: your strengths & talents & using that to inspire those around you, an environment where everybody feels like somebody… ’be somebody who makes everybody feel like somebody’. Feel accepted and comfortable with themselves.
  • Leadership: taking control of your own life situation in your current position, and use that to inspire, uplift others to do the same. Setting a good example through making positive choices every day and not to succumb to peer pressure.

‘Wisdom is wasted on the old, just as youth is wasted on the young. My purpose is to get you to a place where you can attain wisdom while you’re young, and some youth while you’re old.

What makes you come alive? We’re dying to come alive’.
